WHO WE ARE

Tanshire Business Park is a privately owned office and business park. Purchased in 2015 the park has been extensively upgraded and renovated by the owners since that time overseen by the on site management team.

Able to carry out and manage many property and maintenance tasks in house the team that has been together for over 10 years prides itself on its proactive and rapid response to tenants needs and issues aiming to solve them with Tanshire's extensive group of experienced sub contractors.

Overseeing all of the work required to keep the park in an excellently maintained condition the team are on hand to look after all tenants large or small.

MEET THE TEAM

James has extensive experience in office and commercial property asset management.

He looks after leasing activity as well as external relationships with accountants, lawyers and utility suppliers. James' experience in all property matters is invaluable in helping tenants enjoy their time on the park without the hassle of dealing with estate management.

Jonathan has been involved in managing commercial real estate across several sectors for many years. Dealing with marketing, tenant enquiries and refurbishment of the park over the past 10 years he is hands on with all of the on going work involved on the park.

Fran has been at Tanshire park for almost 20 years and has seen many changes in that time. Looking after all of the admin and tenant relationships she is the glue that holds the park together and gives it the personal family run touch.

Mike joined the Tanshire team over 3 years ago. He looks after all the day to day maintenance and security on the park and is the go to person for any issues or problems which give Tanshire a unique offering in immediate on site problem solving.
