  • How much office space is needed per person?

    When choosing open plan office space, 100 sq. ft per person is ideal—split evenly between desk space and communal areas. For a more spacious, lower-density layout, consider 200 sq. ft per person to allow for private or quieter working zones.

    Tanshire Business Park offers 24/7 access, allowing your team to work whenever it suits your business — whether that’s early starts, late finishes, or weekend hours.

  • Is there flexibility for late or weekend access?

    Yes — thanks to on-site security and a secure Paxton Net2 fob-access system, tenants can enter their offices safely and easily at any time, including evenings and weekends.

  • Is the site accessible for everyone?

    We are committed to providing an inclusive environment, and accessibility varies slightly across the buildings on site:

    • Oak House is fully accessible and includes a lift to all floors.

    • Elm House has level access and a disabled toilet on the ground floor, with accessibility to some ground floor suites.

    • Ash House provides level access to ground floor suites and includes a ground floor disabled toilet.

    • The Pavilion is fully accessible throughout.
