At Tanshire Park, providing, maintaining and developing the best possible working environment for our tenants is our top-most priority. We regularly check-in with our tenants to make sure we’re providing the top-quality facilities required, and to find out what might be important in the future. We take pride in our facilities and have a thorough maintenance programme to ensure their upkeep. What’s on offer at Tanshire Park?
We’re proud to provide fully equipped kitchen areas for all our tenants. Where kitchens are not available within individual offices, communal kitchen areas are always close by. Our kitchens are all modern and designed for you: you’ll always find all the essentials from hot water (including on-demand hot water boilers), fridges/freezers, drinking water (including chilled dispensers), dishwashers and sink facilities, toasters and microwaves, storage space for your business’ utensils and goods, to waste and recycling options.
Showers & Toilet Facilities
Tanshire Park has a number of shower facilities across the site available to tenants in different areas of the Park, allowing for those who cycle or run to work, exercise in lunch hours or who just work long hours to freshen up for the job. These sit alongside the full disabled access toilet facilities that are available in each main building in the business park. Plentiful toilet facilities are provided across all indoor areas of the park – these are kept up to date by closely monitoring maintenance issues and spaces for upgrades. Our wonderful cleaners keep them sparkling too!
Our On-site Café
The Pavilion Café is Tanshire Park’s stand-out catering facility available to tenants, their guests, and visiting members of the public. Not only does the café provide tasty breakfasts, snacks and lunch options (along with a beautiful and cosy location to eat!), but the Pavilion Café also provides memorable catering options for events and meetings on location or right in your office.
The café has comfortable indoor and outdoor seating arrangements available throughout the year so you can enjoy a relaxing, Covid-Safe space, under our warm outdoor heaters in winter or our large umbrellas during summer.
As the sole caterer on site, Pavilion Café is able to offer great quality at great value, and with a more ethically responsible approach – taking steps wherever possible to reduce the café’s impact on the environment. Find out more about Pavilion Café.
Tanshire Park is able to offer plentiful on-site allocated parking according to the needs and size of your business – something that many business parks and office buildings struggle to provide.

We take health and safety, and the wellbeing of everyone here at Tanshire Park, seriously – and in 2019 we took action to install a potentially life-saving defibrillator unit centrally within the Park. Here’s the story and more information on the increased safety on hand with an on-site defibrillator installed.
It’s something you might be lucky enough to take for granted (or as a new business moving to Tanshire Park you might discover it to be a revelation!) – but high-speed internet (the kind that you don’t even notice until you suddenly have to be without) is something that we are very proud to provide to businesses at Tanshire Park. Via our partners Glide, the Park has its own dedicated 100 MBS fibre line that tenants can sign up to and utilise with packages to suit all sizes of business.
Heating & Cooling
Almost every office space to rent at our Surrey business park is equipped with high-end temperature control facilities including remote controlled air conditioners and heaters (carefully located to give even heating or cooling throughout the office) and let’s not forget ample windows for natural ventilation and sun exposure.
Communal Lawn, Gardens & a Woodland Walk
One of our most notable and amenable assets is our idyllic, natural Surrey countryside setting – rare among business parks. On the park itself we have a peaceful central lawn (where in the summer it is not uncommon to see a few lunchtime games of garden crochet or boules), beautifully kept flowerbeds, and even a small area of woodland with a looping pathway to get some headspace during office hours. We have separated smoking areas with shelters too.
If all this wasn’t enough, Tanshire Park is just moments away from one of Surrey’s largest remaining heathland National Nature Reserves – Thursley Common: Offering blissful opportunities to escape and a stunning backdrop to your day-to-day work life.
Waste & Refuse
Each House and their businesses at Tanshire Park are catered to with recycling and general waste bins tastefully tucked out the way and collected without most of our tenants even noticing.
