Elm House consists of a number of different offices totaling 7,927 sq ft (737 sq m) that can accommodate from 1 – 20+ people. The offices create independent flexible spaces that can also be linked as required.
Each floor has a common kitchen serving the offices and there is also a meeting room available as required (subject to booking). An entry phone system serves each office.
The common areas are maintained daily by the Landlord. Flexible terms are available for these serviced offices.
The Pavilion provides an on-site café and a further meeting room, and changing rooms for those wishing to cycle or refresh themselves.
