Tanshire Park are very happy to start 2020 by welcoming a new tenant, MEA, to the business park. MEA, who provide quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services, have moved into fresh, refurbished and modern offices on the ground floor of Oak House.
Having settled into the park, Sean Goodall, Director of MEA lets us know a little bit more about MEA, their decision to move to Tanshire Park and their experience so far…
Who Are MEA?
“MEA is a professional practice of Construction Consultants, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors, established since 1967. We work throughout the UK and Europe, for a wide variety of clients in both the Private and Public sectors and our experience covers new builds, refurbishments, alterations and conservation.”
“In addition to our office in Tanshire Park we also have offices in London and Bath. We provide a Quality Assured Service and have been accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and are regulated by RICS.”
Why did MEA move to Tanshire Park?
“Our previous office was located only a short distance away from Tanshire Park, so we didn’t want to move too far and wanted to remain in such a beautiful rural location. Tanshire Park meets our needs perfectly as whilst being in the countryside it is very conveniently located close to the A3 which is very important to us as it enables staff and clients to travel to the office easily. Parking was also a major consideration and so it was important that there was plenty of allocated spaces.”
How have you found being at Tanshire Park so far?
“Obviously the onsite café has been a major bonus and our staff enjoy taking advantage of the delicious and reasonably priced food on offer. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept, and we are looking forward to the summer months when we can make the most of the gardens and outdoor seating areas. It is a lovely location for visitors to our offices, especially if they are usually based in London as it makes a nice change from a city centre location.”
A very warm welcome to MEA
From all of us here in the Tanshire Park management team and across the business park, we would like to welcome Sean and his team at MEA and extend our very best wishes for their tenancy. It is always a rewarding time to welcome a new business to the park, and even more so to support our businesses and their continued operations and services. We are very pleased to offer the office space, facilities and surroundings to help support staff, activities and promote business growth.
